Before using the treadmill, make sure the clamp of the safety switch is fastened to your clothes or belt.
Do not power on the treadmill when a person stands on the running belt. After the power is turned on, there may
be a pause when the running belt starts. Do stand on the plastic anti-skid pads on both sides of the treadmill until
the running belt moves.
Don't wear clothes that are too long or too loose when you exercise, in case you're hanging onto the treadmill.
It’s advised to wear running shoes.
Keep away from children or pets when using the treadmill.
Do not have strenuous exercise within 40 minutes after a meal.
This treadmill is designed for adults only, and minors must be accompanied by an adult when using it.
When using this treadmill for the first time, grab the armrest with your hands until you adapt to the speed before
releasing your hands.
If the treadmill accelerates suddenly or its speed increases automatically due to an electronic system fault, press
the safety switch or pull the safety rope immediately. The treadmill will stop immediately.
If you find any defective components while checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from
the equipment during exercise, stop using immediately and do not use until the problem has been rectified.
Use the treadmill correctly to prevent physical injury as follows:
Warm up before exercise; otherwise, you may easily have muscle strains on the thighs and calves.
Perform leg pressing, squatting, stretching exercise, flexing and extending joints, and other actions to warm up
and soften your muscles.
After getting on the treadmill, start with "dynamic" warm-up actions such as walking and jogging for about 10
to 15 minutes, and then gradually get more exercise.
When getting off the treadmill, gradually reduce the speed, and step your feet on the anti-skid pads on the left
and right sides to avoid falling or slipping due to dizziness.
Before using the treadmill, get to know your maximum exercise amount. If your physical strength cannot keep
up with the set speed, you may cannot keep up with the pace and thus easily fall down.
