the seat (A). Press the backrest evenly down on both sides
to lock the backrest into place.

Slide backrest receivers into the steel mechanism posts on
the seat (A). Press the backrest evenly down on both sides
to lock the backrest into place.
To remove the backrest, use a screwdriver to carefully
lever the tab on the backrest sleeve outwards. This will
unlock the backrest and allow you to lift it off the
mechanism posts.
