HEAD OPEN
1 . Check to see if the Head bundle is normally locked.
YES : go to CHECK 2
NO : go to REPAIR 1
2 . Check to see if the HEAD-UP-SENSOR-HOUSING
is normally inserted in the connector (CN10).
YES : go to CHECK 3
NO : go to REPAIR 2
3 . Check to see if the HEAD-UP-SENSOR-CABLE is
normally applying an electric current.
YES : go to CHECK 4
NO : go to REPAIR 3
4 . Check to see if the action condition of the
HEAD-OPEN-MICRO-SWITCH is normal.
YES : go to CHECK 5
NO : go to REPAIR 4
5 . After replacing the MICRO-SWITCH with the new
one, check to see if it is working normally.
YES : END
NO : go to REPAIR 5
1 . Lock the
Head-bundle normally.

. Insert the
HEAD-UP-SENSOR
HOUSING in the
connector (CN10).
3 . Replace the
HEAD-UP-SENSOR-
CABLE with the new
one.
4 . Replace the MICRO
SWITCH with the new
one.
5 . Replace the MAIN
CONTROL
CONTROLLER with
the new one.
NO PAPER
1 . Check to see if the PAPER ROLL is almost used up.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 2
NO : go to REPAIR 1
2 . Check to see if the PAPER ROLL is normally fitted
with.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 3
NO : go to REPAIR 2
3 . Check to see if the PAPER-IN- SENSOR is normally
inserted in the connector (CN4).
YES : go to CHECK POINT 4
NO : go to REPAIR 3
4 . Check to see if the PAPER-IN-SENSOR-CABLE is
normally applying an electric current.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 5
NO : go to REPAIR 4
5 . Check to see if the action condition of the
PAPER-IN-SENSOR is normal.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 6
NO : go to REPAIR 5
6 . After replacing the
PAPER-IN-SENSOR-CONTROLLER-ASSY with the
new one, check to see if it is working normally.
YES : END
NO : REPAIR 6
1 . Replace the PAPER
ROLL with the new
one.
2 . Fit the PAPER
ROLL in the Paper Roll
Holder normally.
3 . Insert the
PAPER-IN-SENSOR
in the connector
(CN4).
4 . Replace the
PAPER-IN-SENSOR-
CABLE with the new
one.
5 . Replace the
PAPER-IN-SENSOR-
CONTROLLER-ASSY
with the new one.
6 . Replace the
MAIN-CONTROL-CON
TROLLER with the
new one.
