DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION
It is designed to signal about the blocking of operation to the control unit of loading equipment
when the sectional doors are closed. The transmitter and receiver are located in a common
compact Nickel-plated sensor body. The sensor output switches as soon as the door leaf enters
the sensor operating area and the light is reflected.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Install the sensor in the vertical guide of the sectional doors. Before installation, determine the
height of the sensor. The sensor must be installed at a height not lower than the maximum lift of
the dock leveller; the maximum height of installation is limited to the full opening of the doors.
To install the sensor at the selected height, drill a hole Ø 12 mm in the guide opposite the end
surface of the door leaf. Determine the depth of the sensor installation on the guide and fix the
sensor with two nuts. After installation, connect the sensor to the loading equipment unit
(Fig. 2)
and check its operation. When the light is reflected

illuminates, in the absence of
reflection — does not illuminate.
If it is necessary to adjust the range (sensing range) of the sensor, turn the

screw. The end
position of the
VR
screw during rotation anti clockwise is ~ 50 mm, the end position during
rotation clockwise is ~ 150 mm.
