Address
This
item
displays
the
Station
IP
address
for
this
computer.
This
should
be
in
decimal
and
in
dotted
quad
form.
Subnet
Mask
This
item
displays
the
sub-network
that
this
computer
belongs
to.
The
value
of
each
three-
digit
number
separated
by
dots
should
not
exceed
255.
Station
MAC
Address
This
item
displays
the
Station
MAC
address
for
this
computer.
Mac
addresses
are
6
two-
digit
hexadecimal
numbers.
Gateway
IP
Address
This
item
displays
the
Gateway
IP
address
for
this
computer.
This
should
be
in
decimal
and
in
dotted
quad
form
(i.e.,
172.31.0.1).
VLAN
This
item
displays
the
virtual
LAN
settings.
The
options
are
Disable
and
Enable.
Configure
IPv6
Support
This
section
displays
configuration
features
for
IPv6
support.
IPv6
Support
Use
this
feature
to
enable
IPV6
support.
The
options
are
Enabled
and
Disabled.
*If
the
item
above
is
set
to
Enabled,
the
following
items
will
become
available
for
configuration:
Configuration
Address
Source
This
feature
allows
the
user
to
select
the
source
of
the
IP
address
for
this
computer.
If
Static
is
selected,
you
will
need
to
know
the
IP
address
of
this
computer
and
enter
it
to
the
system
manually
in
the
field.
If
DHCP
is
selected,
the
BIOS
will
search
for
a
DHCP
(Dynamic
Host
Configuration
Protocol)
server
in
the
network
that
is
attached
to
and
request
the
next
available
IP
address
for
this
computer.
The
options
are
DHCP
and
Static.
*If
the
item
"Configuration
Address
Source"
above
is
set
to
Static,
the
following
items
will
become
available
for
configuration:
