Change for qualified cable.

Power up the unit

Poor contact of USB port

Make sure power adapter
is in well contact

Source/ Display is off

Turn on the source/ display

Poor contact of HDMI ports

Check the HDMI ports one
by one to make sure
they’re in well contact.
