lighting prevents creosote from depositing
on the glass. Creosote causes stains that

1. Shake the grate to clear any excess ash
into the ash pan and empty the ash pan if
required. NB: There may still be glowing
embers present in the ash for up to
twenty-four hours after the stove has been
put out. Always empty ash remains into a
fi
reproof container.
Ensure maximum air

ow by opening the
grate and air valve. Please refer to Figure
C. The ash pan should always be closed
while adding wood.
Lightning instructions
The stove can be used as normal once the initial lighting procedure has been completed.
