Self-Tests

A self-test can help determine if the test settings are
still accurate. When selected, a self-test will introduce
a leak into the container via the installed orifices. This
particular self-test (this menu), is meant to be done
during production. After selecting the self-test the Flex
Pitch should reject the self-tested containers. If this
does not occur the test settings may not be accurate.

Recent Rejects

This screen shows a listing of the last five recent rejects, what type or cause of reject and at what
station it occurred. Recent rejects is a helpful monitor that can quickly point out possible container

issues that may need to be addressed.

Pressing on this bar will initiate a

self-test on all stations.
Note: This is allowed only while the

machine is in operation
