Factory Unit Disassembly Process

As a precautionary measure it’s a good idea to
mask out the dashboard and panels to prevent
scratches.

Unsnap the 6 clips and loosen the knee panel under
the steering wheel using a panel removal tool.

Unsnap 10 clips, unplug the 2 harnesses, and
remove HVAC panel using a panel removal tool.

Use #2 Phillips Screwdriver to extract (2) screws
from the bottom of the radio bezel.

Unsnap 6 clips and remove radio bezel using a
panel removal tool.

This shows where all the OEM clips are at to
remove for step 5.
