Press and hold the
activity button for
3 seconds.

as the power is turned

2 seconds and then
turns off.

1. While the power is turned off, press 
    and hold the activity button for
    6 seconds.

2. You will hear the melody indicating 
    that the power is on.
    After that, you will hear the voice 
    prompt “Please pair phone now,
    Enter pin code”

3. When in pairing mode, the Blue LED indicator will blink rapidly.

4. Using your handset, find the ‘Bluetooth menu’ and ‘search for’ 
    or ‘add’ new device.

5. Select ‘Alpine DCS-BT1’ from the
    list of devices and pair it with
    your handset.

The method of pairing or 
screen indication may be 
different depending on the 
handset model.

6. When asked for the Pass/PIN
    code during the pairing 
    procedure, please enter ‘0000’

NOTE

The Alpine DCS-BT1 may not be compatible with all handsets.

    “Connected to phone”
    The Blue LED indicator blinks once every 5 seconds.
