Changing batteries

•  Observe the indi-

cation in the app.

•  Have the device 

checked by a spe-
cialist dealer. 

•  Replace the device.

7  Changing batteries

Flashing codes at the device, or the symbol   in the Alpha IP app, sig-
nalize low battery voltage. Replacing the batteries:

1.  Pull the device from the frame and the mounting plate (see „Teach-

in of the device“ page 22).

2.  Remove the batteries from the back of the device.
3.  Insert two new batteries of the type R03/Micro/AAA according to 

the marking.

4.  Install the interchangeable frame onto the mounting plate.
5.  Position the device onto the mounting plate and latch it into the clips.

The device is now ready to operate.
