code. Once the reset code is received by AlphaECall™ 200 the address of that device will be stored for that specific device.
This frame will automatically close once an address from the device is received.

Residents: Notification Tab
Family Cell Phone number
- This option enables AlphaECall™ 200 to automatically send a text message to a family member
to let them know when an emergency call has been placed by their relative. As long as you have the text message option
enabled in AlphaECall™ 200 all you need to do is enter the cell phone number of the family member that would like to be
notified when there is an emergency call activation.

Residents: Photo
This option allows you to specify the filename for a photo for a resident. The photo can be an image in the format of JPG,
PNG or GIF. For more information on uploading your custom resident photos, please see “Uploading Images to your Master
After making any changes in the Residents area you must click the ‘Save’ button to apply changes.

staff members
AlphaECall™ 200 allows you to setup Staff members. Staff members have the ability to do the following:
• Receive text messages when an emergency call is placed.
• Receive pager messages when an emergency call is placed.
• Login to the AlphaECall™ 200 Mobile Application (licenses required).
• Setup security codes in AlphaECall™ 200 to prevent unauthorized access to system configuration settings.
Use the Add and Remove buttons to create new Staff members or delete ones no longer needed.
To configure the settings for a specific Staff member, select their name from the list. You will see three tabs (“Staff”, “Security” and
“Notification”) appear.

Staff: General
• First Name
- Enter the Staff member’s first name.
• Last Name
- Enter the Staff member’s last name.
• Zones
- If you are using Zones place a checkmark next to the zone(s) that you would like this Staff member to be included
