13 Disposal
Completely dismantle the TeleCentric and separate into the following material groups:
Wood composites
Either recycle wood composites or dispose of as special waste. Disposal is to be carried out in
accordance with the valid regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant in-
formation from the authorities.
Light metals (aluminium, magnesium and other alloys)
Light metals must be recycled. Disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the valid regula-
tions and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the authorities.
Ferrous metals (steel, grey cast iron)
Metals must be recycled. Disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the valid regulations
and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the authorities.
Plastics with material marking
Either recycle plastics or dispose of as special waste. Disposal is to be carried out in accord-
ance with the valid regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information
from the authorities.
Operating agents
Operating agents are special waste and disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the
valid regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the au-
thorities.
Disposal centres, authorities
In accordance with the EC Directive 75/442/EEC with the addenda 90/656/EEC, 91/156/EEC,
90/692/EEC and 94/3/EEC, the operator is responsible for correct disposal of the TeleCentric.
To this end, he can take the TeleCentric to an authorised private or public collection company.
