Troubleshooting Chart
If any trouble occurs during operation, do not ignore it. Determine the cause and take appropriate
measures.
Read the manual carefully and fully understand what to do in case of trouble.
The better you understand the machine, the faster you can find a problem and solution.
This chapter describes the symptom, cause and countermeasures of important troubles in detail:

Low starter revolution speed.
(1)Battery needs charging
(2)Faulty battery
Charge battery
Replace battery
The starter rotates normally but the
engine does not start.
(1)No fuel
(2)Fuel filter / prefilter clogged
(3)Air in fuel line
(4)Nozzle clogged
Add fuel
Clean or replace
Bleed air from fuel line
Disassemble and clean nozzle
Discharge air pressure will not rise.
(1)Insufficient pressure adjustment
Adjust pressure
The engine does not reach the rated
revolution speed.
(1)Unloader orifice clogged
(2) Fuel filter / prefilter clogged
Disassemble and clean orifice
Clean or replace
If the discharge pressure will not
increase to the specified one, RPM will
drop.

Clean or change element
It is indicated that engine oil pressure is
abnormal, and engine stops.
(1)Engine oil shortage
(2)Engine oil filter clogged
Replenish oil
Change oil filter
High water temp. warning / shutdown
(1)Low coolant level
(2)Belt slippage
Add coolant
Adjust belt tension
High separator temp shutdown.
(1)Oil cooler clogged
(2)Oil filter clogged
(3)Belt slippage
(4)Shortage of compressor oil
Clean oil cooler
Change oil filter
Adjust belt tension
Add compressor oil
It is indicated that engine speed down
is abnormal, and engine stops.
(1)Air in fuel line
(2)Engine air filter clogged
Bleed air from fuel line
Clean or change element
