1. For fine threads add 10% to the seating torque.
2. All readings are for un-plated or cadmium plated steel locknuts on un-plated or cadmium plated surfaces.
3. Use 80% of the specified torque value for plated and lubricated fasteners.
4. Seating torque figures are based on tightening the nut until the bolt has reached 75% of the specified proof
load.
