3. Tighten the screws so that they touch the mounting bracket plate, and 

then loosen them by approximately 1/4 turn. Refer to Figure 10.

Note

Adjust the screws so they are loose enough for you to remove the 
bracket, but tight enough to prevent the access point from rattling 
against the mounting bracket.
