Connecting the Grounding Wire
To connect the grounding wire to the grounding post, perform the following
procedure:
Warning
When installing this equipment, always ensure that the power supply
ground connection is installed first and disconnected last.

1. Strip an adequate amount of insulation from one end of the ground
cable, for the ring lug. The amount may vary depending on the type of
ring lug, but 6.5mm (0.25 in) is typically sufficient. Refer to Figure 23.

2. Insert the grounding wire into the ring lug and use a crimping tool to
secure it. Refer to Figure 24.

3. Use a 7mm wrench to remove the top nut from the grounding post on
the power supply. Refer to Figure 25.
