If the building wiring provides the correct termination for an ISDN TE-to-NT
circuit, the jumper should be set in the Not Terminated position
The
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN)
chapter of the Software Reference
for your switch or router has additional information on termination of ISDN
lines.
If you are unsure whether to terminate the line or not, contact your ISDN service
provider or your Authorised Allied Telesyn distributor or reseller.

There are two jumpers per port. The AT-AR041 NSM,
therefore, has sixteen jumpers, while the AT-AR042 NSM has
eight jumpers. Each pair of jumpers set the Termination for the
port that they are closest to.
