FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Appropriate electrical energy (12 or 24 V DC ) is connected to system ;
Electronic control card starts to run electrical motor of the pump. After motor start gear pump unit
feeds main lubrication line with 250cm³/minute amount of lubricant. All lubrication points are feeded by
distributors with single dose when main lubrication line complately filled. Lubrication period ends and system
pressure start to increase. When system pressure reaches the required value that adjusted on pressure switch,
electronic control card stops the pump. Electronic control card pass to waiting period. Control card will stay
on waiting period as long as programmed time value ends.
By-pass system discharge the lubricant inside main lubrication line after motor stops. All distributors
are set up again and get ready to next lubrication cycle.
LUBMATIC pumps are designed to use with single line system distributors. If necessary, progressive
distributors can be used with LUBMATIC pumps. Detailed information about using progressive distributors
