Installing the Adapter
Chapter 2 provides instructions for installing the adapter on a PowerFlex
drive.
Before installing the PROFIBUS adapter:

Verify that you have all required equipment. Refer to

Important:
New settings are recognized only when power is applied to
the adapter. If you change a setting, cycle power.

adapter contains ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) sensitive parts that can
be damaged if you do not follow ESD control procedures. Static control
