Step 3. Build Seat Assembly
•
Place sides approximately 20 inches apart.
•
Attach scallop slat to front of sides using 1-3/4 inch
screws.
•
Place back assembly from step 1 onto notches on
each side and attach using 1-3/4 inch screws.
•
Evenly space 6 seat slats across sides and attach
using 1-3/4 inch screws.
Step 4. Build Leg Assembly
•
Set support block against leg.
•
Make support block flush with top of leg.
•
Attach support block to leg using 1-3/4 inch screws.
Step 5. Final Assembly
•
Attach back struts to top brace with 2 inch
screws. (position strut with high angle toward
front)
•
Attach leg assembly to seat using bolts,
washers and nuts - tighten well and secure with
1-1/2 inch screws.
•
Position arm paddle over leg assembly. Make
rear of arm flush with rear of strut and attach to
strut using 1-3/4 inch screws.
•
Attach front of arm paddle through pre-drilled
holes in side of triangle brace using 1-3/4 inch
screws.
•
Attach bottom of strut to sides using 1-1/2 inch
screws.
