9: What does “Can not connect to following channel(s): CH**” mean?
A: The viewer can not detect the IP camera. Make sure that your network is
configured correctly.
10: What does “Can not import to the following channel(s): CH**” mean?
A: The web server could be conflicting with another IP address. Check the IP
address assignment on all your network devices.
11: What does “No buffer space error” and “Virtual RAM insufficient” mean?
A: Your computer could be running low on resources. Typically these errors
occur when the RAM is insufficient. Upgrading your memory will most likely
solve this issue. The recommended memory specifications are 1 GB of RAM.
