Troubleshooting
Notifications do not appear
on the watch
Please make sure that you have enabled the
Aligator Watch
app to access notifications
as described in this guide (see
→
Setting up
notifications on your watch
)� Alternatively,
open your phone’s settings and enter
„notification access” in the search box
to check that access is enabled for
Aligator Watch

The watch does not connect
Always connect your watch using the app,
never through your phone settings�
If you can’t connect your watch, try turning
Bluetooth off and on on your phone and
restarting your phone� If your watch doesn’t
connect, try searching for it again in the
app� If the watch doesn’t connect, reset
it – swipe down from the top of the watch
,
select the settings icon (the cogwheel)
and find the
Reset
menu item� Then restart
your phone and reconnect your watch
in the app, following the procedure
in the
Connecting to your phone
chapter�
The watch cannot be charged with
a power bank
The charging current of the watch is very
small� Therefore, some power banks
mistakenly evaluate the connected watch
as a phone that is already charged
and automatically switch off charging�
