OPENING AND CLOSING THE
HOOD
Unhook the two rubber latches to tip hood
back. Close hood and secure with latches
(figure 13).
REMOVE MOWER DECK
Remove (Figure 14)
1. Remove PTO belt (item 3) from electric
clutch (see
PTO Belt Replacement
on
page 23).
NOTE:
Perform step 2 and 3 for the right and
left side of unit.
2. Remove guide arm (item 4) from front
mount bracket (item 6).
3. Remove rear lift link (item 8), rear
trunnion (item 9), front lift link (item 5),
and front trunnion (item 7) from mower
deck (item 1) and mower lift (item 2).
4. Slide mower deck (item 1) out from under
unit.
Install (Figure 14)
1. Slide mower deck (item 1) under unit.
NOTE:
Perform step 2 and 3 for the right and
left side of unit.
2. Install rear lift link (item 8), rear trunnion
(item 9), front lift link (item 5), and front
trunnion (item 7) on mower deck (item 1)
and mower lift (item 2).
3. Install guide arm (item 4) on front mount
bracket (item 6).
4. Install PTO belt (item 3) (see
PTO Belt
Replacement
on page 23).
