Wireless LAN
The ALH-901x handheld readers are equipped with an internal 802.11 radio module to transfer
data, and interface the unit with your network using wireless communication. It supports TCP/IP
network protocols, and can communicate with a host computer directly.
Powering Up the WLAN Radio
[Start] > [Settings] > [System] > [WiFi Power]
Configuring the WLAN Connection
Use the Windows Wireless Manager to manage your WLAN connections.
[Start] > [Settings] > [Connections] > [Wireless Manager]
Running the WiFi Power control panel.
Select the On radio button, and then click the
OK button. The blue indicator above the LCD
screen should illuminate, if hasn’t already.
