• Rusty or dented gas cylinders can be dangerous and should be checked by a gas supplier.
• Never connect this appliance to an unregulated gas source.
• When the appliance is not in use, turn off the gas supply at the source.
• Always check the connections for leaks when a gas supply is connected. If bubbles form in the soap
solution, do not use the appliance. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
CONNECTION TO GAS TANK
• It is advisable to use a 13kg Propane gas cylinder. You can use a 6kg compact gas cylinder, Butane (less
efficient) or Propane is preferable if the temperature is close to 0°C.

• The flexible tube or hose must be changed within the prescribed time.
• Only use the type of gas and cylinder indicated in these instructions.
• Contact your gas supplier for instructions on how to use their product.

• Check the connections for leaks using soapy water. If you find a leak, tighten the gasket and retest.
NOTE
: Please use 13kg gas cylinders or 6kg compact cylinders of butane or propane that comply with
the current standard. Use a regulator with a safety rating of 37mbar for Propane or 28mbar for Butane.
The connection must be made using a 1.5m (maximum) supply hose and G1/2 screw connection:
make sure that the hose is not deformed, that the connection joint corresponds and that it is in good
condition. The hose must not be subjected to excessive twisting or bending. Change the supply hose
before the expiry date or when it is damaged.
