Authentication Setting
Step 1: Please check Access Point uses either “Open” or “Shared Key” of the WEP

Step 2: Please set the status: “Open” or “Shared Key” into menu 6.4.4

After the setting, please set steps in following “B”.

WEP Setting
Step 1: If the AP is “Open” of the WEP Authentication,
set menu 6.4.5 “Encryption Status” to “Disable”
Then, do “Site Survey”
Step 2: If the AP is “Shared Key” of the WEP Authentication,
check AP uses either 64 bits or 128 bits keys
Then, select an unused entry to set menu 6.4.5
“Encryption Status”
Step 3: If one of the WEP 64 or WEP 128 is selected,
set into menu 6.4.6 “WEP Key Settings”
For example:
You may enter 64bits/Key#1 into menu 6.4.6 “WEP Key Settings”
If you selected 64/1 in menu 6.4.5 “Encryption Status”,
For “64-Bit” encryption, key length is 10 and for “128-Bit ”,
key length is 26.
The key format is constructed in Hex.
For example,
“1234567890”
“1234567890abcdef1234567890”

WPA-PSK Setting
If the AP has both WEP and WPA-PSK function, you can select one of them to set.
For WPA-PSK Setting, please set as:
Step 1: Set ESSID
Step 2: Set “WPA-PSK” to “Enable”
Step 3: Input the passphrase in “Passphrase”
Step 4: Apply
