Add 0.1uF caps to bridge firewire GND and system
ground near each firewire-GND-connected mounting
hole on the bottom side.

Then connect the copper via 0.1uF caps to system
GND on the bottom side.

EXP_12/*16. The resistors should be placed as close
as possible to the DICE II. Include note stating that
these resistors are to be installed only for XF7.
