To ensure the performance of the hose reel it is important to use the correct
model for the fluid distributed at a pressure and temperature as indicated.
We decline any responsibility for malfunctions or danger resulting from use
of the wrong hose assembly or miss use.
INSTALLATION

The hose reel can be installed directly on the fixing surface in the ceiling,
on the wall or on the floor. For ceiling, wall or column mounted reel, the
minimum recommended height is 2.5 m (8 feet).
MOVING THE HOSE GUIDE ARM
EN
The hose reel guide arms can be mounted in seven different positions.
Among these positions, the most usual are, floor, ceiling, wall (fig 1).
IMPORTANT! Don’t try to change the guide arms position without ha-
ving the reel placed on a horizontal support surface (floor, workbench,
etc.).
To change the position of these guide arms, loosen and remove the screws
(1) on both arms. This will loosen both the spool and arms from the frame.
Position the arms in the desired position and refasten the screws.
To change the position of the hose stopper, take out the hose and let it the
ratchet lock it suitable position. Loosen the screws on the hose stopper and
adjust to a new position and tighten the screws.
MAINTENACE

Before carrying out any kind of maintenance, close the nearest shut off
valve and open the dispensing valve to release any pressure in the hose.
The reel spring is under very high tension and can cause serious injury if
released, therefore do not attempt to service the spring inside the reel..

Slangrullen kan installeras direkt på monteringsytan både i tak, på vägg och
på golv. För montage i tak eller på vägg/ pelare rekommenderas en
min höjd på 2.5 m.
ÄNDRA ARMENS POSITION
SE
Slangrullens utloppsarmar kan monteras i sju olika positioner, de vanligaste
är, enligt (fig 1) golv, vägg, tak.
Viktigt! Ändra aldrig armarnas läge utan att först ha placerat slangru
-
llen på en stadig horisontell yta (golv, arbetsbänk eller liknande).
För att ändra läget på utloppsarmarna, lossa skruvarna (1) på bägge sidor.
Armarna och slangtrumman är nu lossade från ramen. Montera tillbaka
armarna i önskat läge.
För att flytta slangstoppet, dra ut slangen till passande spärrläge. Lossa
slangstoppet, flytta det till önskad position och fäst det.
UNDERHÅLL

Innan något underhåll utförs på slangrullen ska närmsta ventil stängas och
utlopps ventilen öppnas för att släppa ut trycket i slangen. Utför aldrig någon
service på fjädern i rullen då den är väldigt spänd och kan orsaka allvarliga
skador vid olycka.
