WARNING

Do not substitute with a high-pressure 
grease fitting. Gun can be equipped with 
an optional low-pressure loader fitting 
322610. 

Personal injury can occur due to  

excessive pressure.

Use of a grease fitting will void warranty.
Failure to comply may result in serious 

injury or death.

Load gun

Suction load

Unscrew grease cylinder (

)

 

from gun.

Insert head of grease cylinder below  
surface of grease.

Slowly pull follower rod outward from 
grease cylinder cap until groove is visible.

Engage groove in follower rod slot in 
grease cylinder’s cap.

Screw grease cylinder onto gun.

Disengage follower rod from slot in grease 
cylinder cap.

Push follower rod into grease cylinder.

NOTE

Loader fitting on gun must mate with 
loader coupler. Pump may not operate if 
components are not compatible.

nent identification in the following 
procedures.

Cartridge load

Unscrew grease cylinder (

33

) from gun.

Pull follower rod and engage groove in 
follower rod with slot in grease  
cylinder cap.

Remove plastic cap from cartridge.

Apply film of grease to exposed inside sur-
face of cartridge. 

Insert cartridge into grease cylinder.

Remove tabbed seal from cartridge.

Screw grease cylinder onto gun.

Disengage follower rod from slot in grease 
cylinder cap.

Push follower rod into grease cylinder.

Loader pump

Pull follower rod and engage follower by 
rotating rod.

Seat loader fitting into loader coupler.

Push down to hold coupler valve open.

Operate pump and view movement of 
follower rod.

Discontinue pump operation once groove 
on follower rod is visible.

Disengage follower rod from follower and 
push into  grease cylinder.
