Setting up the bed
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Incorrect assembly and usage of the bed could cause you an injury.
− When assembling the bed, take care not to trap your fingers. If
possible, wear suitable work gloves.
1. Position the bed
2
upright in front of you and fold the legs of the bed out to the
side (see
Fig. B
).
2. Fold the outer legs all the way up (see
Fig. C
).
3. Extend the legs of the bed outwards in such a way that the bed’s surface is tautly
stretched (see
Fig. D
).
4. Once folded out, turn the bed over (see
Fig. E
).
The surface of the bed is now facing up.
5. Push a lateral brace
3
through each designated loop in the cover at the top
and bottom end of the bed. In the process, pay attention to the orientation of the
notches in the lateral braces for the bed’s surface. (see
Fig. F
).
6. Pull the bed’s cover taut over the lateral braces and position the notches of the lat-
eral braces in the guides at the sides of the bed (see
Fig. G
).
You will have to use some force to do so. Make sure that each lateral brace audibly
and noticeable locks into place.
You have successfully assembled the bed and it is now ready for use (see
Fig. H
).
