Assembly
WARNING: Stop the engine and unplug the spark plug (47) before
any repairs or maintenance operations.
WARNING: DO NOT attempt to start this mower without first
adding 500ml of SAE 10W/30 engine oil to the Engine.
WARNING: Do Not attempt to start this mower without the mower
first being FULLY assembled.
It is necessary to unfold the lower handle (8), fit the upper handle bar (1), and
hard catcher (23).
Assembling the Lower Handle and Adjusting the Handle
Height
NOTE:
When preparing, first lift and
remove the upper handle bar (1) / Tool and
refreshment holder (3) and the lawnmower
with lower handle (8) fitted, from the
packaging box, ensuring the cables do not
become tangled or crossed over. Damage
to the cables can affect performance
of the engine. After removing from the
packaging box, lay the handles in position for
assembly as shown in Fig A1. The self propel
engagement cable (7) needs to be aligned
down the left hand side of the handles. The
key start battery system charging cable (24)
needs to be aligned down the right hand side
of the mower. Ensure during assembly all the
cables are laid above the handles not on the
underside of the handles.
NOTE:
The key start battery system charging
cable (24) and self propel engagement cable
(7) are already held in position to the upper
handle bar with 4 cable clips, as indicated by
the arrow.
NOTE:
The lower handle (8) is is already fitted to the lawn mower. After
removing from the box, unfold the handle outwards.
