Description:
This command will get or set the Time Zone.
Comments:
The time zone 0 is the Greenwich Mean Time GMT. Time zones going west are
given –1 numbers and +1 going east from GMT 0 until the International Date
Line is reached. Eastern TZ in the USA is -5
