Call Firewall:

For [Incoming barring], if [All] is activated no number can call you; if
you choose [partly] and edit one set of number, e.g 133, then all the
number start with 133 can’t call you; if you activate [Contact only],
then only the numbers saved in your [Contact] can call you.
For [Outgoing barring], if [All] is activated you can’t call any number
except emergency numbers; if you choose [partly] and edit one set of
number, e.g 021, then you can’t call any number starting with 021; if
you activate [Contact only], then you can only call the numbers saved
in your [Contact].
SMS Firewall:
including [Receiving barring] and [Outgoing barring]
For [Receiving barring], if [All] is activated you can’t receive any
SMS; if you choose [partly] and edit the number you want to bar, e.g
1398, then you can’t receive the SMS sent by the numbers starting
with 1398; if you activate [Contact only], then you can only receive
the SMS sent from the numbers saved in your [Contact].
For [Outgoing barring], if [All] is activated you can’t send any SMS;
if you choose [partly] and edit the number you want to bar, e.g 1398,
then you can’t send SMS to all the numbers starting with 1398; if you
