engineer in part or in whole the Alba software except as permitted by mandatory

England and Wales, United States and other applicable International Copyright and
intellectual property laws and treaties.

No warranty/limited liability
A. Alba software is licensed to you.
B. Alba makes not guarantees either expressed or implied as to the correctness,
accuracy, reliability, fitness of use for a particular purpose or otherwise of its software.
