Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems with your pocket DAB radio, there are some quick and
easy checks that you can do, which may help to solve the problem.
No sound / power:
Adjust the volume using the button. .
The rechargeable battery may be exhausted, please recharge the battery, see page 14.
Radio reception is poor:
Are the headphones connected? Plug the earphones supplied into the headphone socket
on the end of the pocket radio. The earphones also work as the radio aerial and so these
need to be connected when you scan for DAB or FM radio stations
Retune for radio stations, see pages 20 and 25.
Check that you do not have other electrical equipment too close to your pocket radio,
causing interference.
The rechargeable battery may be exhausted, please recharge the battery, see page 14.

Try a reset to factory defaults. See page 29.
Note: All of your settings, including the radio station list and any presets will be deleted
when you reset the Radio.
