every usage (see Section Maintenance).

Do not dispose of worn-out
units through the household
garbage!
The appliance, its packaging
and accessories are all
produced from recyclable
materials and must be disposed
of accordingly

Keep the trimmer in a stable and safe place,
in a dry, temperate and dust-free location
that is not accessible to children.

Hang the trimmer on the handle.
•
Do not expose the trimmer to direct sunlight,
but store it in a dark or partially dark place if
possible.
•
Do not wrap the trimmer in a nylon sack,
since moisture could form around it.
Malfunctions
Before you attempt to remedy any malfunction of your trimmer, pull the plug to prevent
injury or death due to electrocution!

Thermal switch has switched off
Wait until the thermal switch has
automatically switched the trimmer on again
Motor does not

No power
Check circuit breakers / fault-current circuit
breaker; have the power supply checked by
a qualified electrician
Check extension cable, if necessary use a
new one
Trimmer vibrates
Line spool is dirty
Clean line spool, replace if necessary

Exchange line spool
Lawn poorly cut
Insufficient line length
