Cleaning the pump
ADVICE
After conveying swimming pool water
containing chlorine or fluids that leave a
residue, the pump must be flushed out
with clear water.
1. Isolate the unit from the mains and secure
against switching on again.

The pump stops automatically.
2. Flush the pump out with clear water.
3. Insert the mains plug into the plug socket.
4. Switch the house water system on with the
on /off switch

The pump starts automatically.
Cleaning the filter
1. Unscrew the drain screw filter chamber
(Fig.
A -6)
of the draining opening, drain the fil-
ter chamber and close the draining opening
again.
2. Clear filter cover
(Fig. A -1)
using the filter key
(Fig. C -15/D)
.
3. Remove the filter
(Fig. C -16/C-17)
from the
filter housing
(Fig. A -2)
and clean under flo-
wing water.
4. Cleaning the filter housing and clear sight filter
cover.
5. Before fitting the filter, check the filter seal
(Fig. C -16)
and the housing seal
(Fig. C -20)
for damage, and replace if necessary.
6. Fit the filter, screw the filter clear sight cover in
place and tighten hand-tight with the filter key.
Cleaning the check valve
1. Removing and fitting the filter
(see Section
"Cleaning the Filter")
.
2. Check valve
(Fig. C -18)
and clean under flo-
wing water.
3. Replace seal
(Fig. C -19)
if necessary.
4. Fit check valve.
Unscrew float body
1. Pressure line
(Fig. B -8)
with elbow nipple
(Fig. B -10)
and connecting nipple
(Fig. B -12)
must be unscrewed.
2. Unscrew screw-in nipple
(Fig. D -21)
with seal
(Fig. D -22)
. Note the fitting position of the
float body
(Fig. D -23)
. Pull out the float body
and clean it.
3. Replace the float body - note fitting position
(Fig. D
).
Remove blockages
1. Isolate the unit from the mains and secure
against switching on again.
2. Remove the suction hose from pump inlet.
3. Connect the pressure hose to the water sup-
ply.
4. Allow water to run through the pump housing
until the blockage is removed.
5. Check that the pump is running freely by swit-
ching it on briefly.
6. Start the house water system again as descri-
bed.
STORAGE
ADVICE
If there is a risk of frost, the entire sys-
tem must be drained (pump, lines, sto-
rage vessel and filter chamber).
1. Drain the suction line
(Fig. B -17)
and the
pressure line
(Fig. B -11)
.
2. Unscrew the drain screw on the filter chamber
(Fig. A -9)
and allow the water to flow out of
the pump.

The water in the storage vessel (Fig. A
-6) is pushed out by the air bellows at the
same time.
3. Screw the drain screws
(Fig. A -8, 9)
back in
position and store the pump, lines and storage
vessel in a frost-free environment.
DISPLAY INDICATIONS
On initial commissioning, all information appears on the display in English.
All functions can be called up using the MODE button. The standards called up are confirmed with
the SET button.
ADVICE
The information in the second line of the display are partially shown as running text which pro-
vides running information continuously. If the pump is in ALARM function, e.g. the air pressure
is too low, you cannot change the language.
