PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The B05-3640 rechargeable battery is a lithium-ion rechargeable battery with a
rated output voltage of 36 V and a charge storage capacity of 4 Ah. As soon
as the rechargeable battery is inserted in the charging unit, the charging unit
automatically detects the charge status of the rechargeable battery. The charging
process then begins. It ends automatically when the rechargeable battery is fully
charged.
The rechargeable battery can be charged in any charge status. Interrupting the
charging process does not damage the rechargeable battery.

DESIGNATED USE
The rechargeable battery is intended for AL-KO appliances that are operated by a
rechargeable battery. It cannot be used inenvironments where there is a potential
risk of explosion and/or fire. It is only intended for private use in the garden and
hobby area, but not for professional use.
The rechargeable battery must only be charged with the AL-KO C05-4230 char-
ging unit.
Any use other than the designated use described here is deemed as non-desi-
gnated.
