No Water Flow
Shower runs hot

Water isolating valve in off position
Filter blocked
Power supply not on
Obstruction in hose or handset
Call AKW Technical Enquiries
Clean the handset
Increase the flow by adjusting
the temperature control knob
to cooler setting.
Reduce the power setting
Water temperature
too hot
Shower temperature is set too high
causing the thermal cut out to turn
off the heating elements to reduce
the water temperature
Turn shower temperature
control anticlockwise
to reduce the water
temperature
Check running pressure
(minimum of 0.7bar)
Wait until pressure increases
Turn on water supply
Turn off water supply, remove
filter and clean
Turn on power supply
Insufficient water flowing
through the shower
Water pressure is below minimum
requirement. This may be caused
by other appliances on the same
pipework drawing water
