USB PORT
Connect and charge
Connect the included USB cable directly to the USB port on your computer. Make sure
your computer is powered on. Connect the other end of the USB cable to iCapture. The
device will automatically charge and the red indicator light will start blinking. Allow to
charge for a minimum of 3 hours (until the indicator light turns solid red.)
Setting the time
Connect iCapture to your computer, find and open the “Update time” folder in the
memory. Follow the instruction and run the “updatetime.exe” program to update the time
on your iCapture.
File transfer
Connect iCapture to your computer and the device appears as a USB mass storage
device in Windows Explorer. You can transfer music and other files to your iCapture
memory.
1 Click and highlight one or more songs
2 Use drag and drop actions to complete your transfer.
Note:
Music files must be put into the MUSIC folder or it can’t play back. Only
supported music formats (see technical data section of the user guide) are
suitable for transfer. Be sure to use the proper procedure when disconnecting
iCapture from your computer.
