The optional PA 400 phantom power adapter allows
you to connect the C 400 BL-1 to any phantom power
source in the same way as the C 400 BL.
Insert the PA 400 phantom power adapter between the
microphone cable and microphone input or phantom
power supply as shown in fig. 13.
Important:
Recommended
phantom power supplies for the
C 400 BL and the C 400 BL-1 with PA 400
are the
optional
N 62 E or N 66 E AC power supplies
or
B 18 battery
supply (also optional) from AKG.
Using any power supplies not recommended by AKG
may damage your microphone and voids the war-
ranty.
5. Cleaning
Clean the plastic surface of the microphone with alco-
hol.
Do not use solvent-based cleaning fluids! They
may damage the plastic case.
