Adjust the length of the straps by cutting them so that they do not hang under 

the footrest. Also remember to adjust the length of the straps so that the sandals 

are securely fastened to the footrest.

Make sure the straps of the sandals stabilizing feet and ankles are not too long - 

otherwise they pose a risk of getting caught in the front wheel of the stroller.
