Check the power supply.

Check whether dust filter is too dirty.

Replace the PCB.

Replace the capillary.

Check the setting temperature.

compressor’s discharge pipe is smaller than 90

C. If no, recharge refrigerant.

Check whether the transformer is failed. Measure the output voltage of transformer 

and check whether it is the range from +5V to 12V. If not, replace the transformer.
