Problem
Solution
No Sound
• Press the VOL + button to increase the volume level.
• Unplug the earphones to enable sound from the speaker.
• Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to restore normal playback and sound.
• Press the MUTE button to restore sound.
The disc cannot be
played.
• Make sure to place the disc label-side up into the disc compartment.
• Close the disc cover.
• Ensure the disc is not scratched or dirty. Clean and reinsert the disc if necessary.
• Ensure that the disc has a format which is compatible with the player.
