RESETTING THE RADIO:
Resetting the radio will delete all stored
DAB and FM stations, and all the tuned
stations.
1. Enter the system menu, and then
press the NEXT button until ‘Factory
reset’ is displayed on screen.
2. Press the ENTER button and the
display will show ‘Factory Reset?’.
Press NEXT to select YES.
3. Press ENTER to confirm.

Problem
Solution
No sound
Increase the volume.
If listening with headphones, make sure they are properly
connected.
Buttons are not
working
Turn off the radio and turn back on after a few seconds.
FM radio: Static
DAB: Intermittent
cut-out
Signal reception is low, adjust the antenna or move the radio to a
stronger signal location.
Re-scan stations.
Sound is distorted
The volume is too high; decrease volume.
Station not found
The radio signal is too weak, manually tune to find the station.
Display shows ‘no
service’
There is no DAB coverage in your area, or the reception is week.
Adjust the position of the antenna, or move the radio to a stronger
signal location.
1. Always disconnect the equipment from
the power supply before cleaning.
2. Clean the equipment with a soft, damp,
lint free cloth.
3. Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaners.
