Short press + to skip forward the track. Short press - to skip
backward the track.
NOTE: An indication tone will alert you
when the volume is adjusted to the
maximum level.
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Low sound level Source (Tablet, Mobile Phone, Laptop, etc.)
volume too low.
Battery is dead.
Adjust the source volume to
your desired level.
Charge the battery.
Sound distorted Battery is nearly dead or water has entered the
speaker grill.
Charge the battery. DO NOT
use the charging port if it is
wet. Wait for it to dry first
before charging.
If water has entered the
speaker, turn the appliance
upside down to empty water
from the appliance.
No sound at all Source (Tablet, Mobile Phone, Laptop.) turned off.
Speaker turned off.
Volume turned down source.
Media paused on source. Turn the source on.
Turn the speaker on.
Adjust volume source.
Play media from source.
