The register 22 (OP2) is used to make adjustment about some Closed
Caption parameters in the microcontroller.
The register 23 (OP3) is used to make vertical positioning of Closed Caption
in the microcontroller.
Nota:
* Estes ajuste não devem ser alterados em hipótese nenhuma, caso isto ocor-
ra a EEPROM deverá ser inicializado novamente (Selecione e execute o re-
gistrador 39).
Initial conditions about some features after reset are: DSC off, Portuguese to
language, blue background off and Closed Caption off.
