1. AM VT Check
Settings :
• Test point :
TP1 (VT)
Method :
Set to AM 530kHz and check that the test point is
0.7V. Then set to AM 1710kHz and check
that the test point is less than 9.0V.
2. FM VT Adjustment (HS – TX527)
Settings :
• Test point :
TP1 (VT)
• Adjustment location : L504
Method :
Set to TV 2ch (FM 59.75MHz) and adjust L504 so that
the test point becomes 1.4V ± 0.1V. Then set to
FM 108.1MHz and check that the test
point is less than 11.0V.
3. FM VT Adjustment (HS – TX525 / 526)
Settings :
• Test point :
TP1 (VT)
• Adjustment location : L203
Method :
Set to FM 76MHz and adjust L203 so that
the test point becomes 1.1V ± 0.1V. Then set to
FM 108.1MHz and check that the test
point is less than 7.0V.
4. TV VT Adjustment (HS – TX527)
Settings :
• Test point :
TP1 (VT)
• Adjustment location : L503
Method :
Set to WEATHER TV 2ch (162.4 MHz) and
adjust L503 so that the test point becomes
2.0V ± 0.1V. Then set to TV 13ch (215.75 MHz)
and check that the test point is less than 10.0V.

Method:
Play back the test tape and adjust SFR101 for
3000Hz ± 10Hz (FWD) and check the difference of
speed for FWD and REV is less than 45 Hz.
Then confirm WOW is less than 0.50%
(FWD and REV).
