L…Split  is  equipped  with  a  compressor  heater  (CH) 

that  heats  the  compressor  before  start-up  and  when 

the compressor is cold. (Does not apply to L6 Split.)

NOTE

The compressor heater must have 

been connected for 6 – 8 hours before 

the first start, see the section “Start-up 

and inspection” in the Installer Manual 

for the indoor module or control mod
